CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:

1-5/8" OD, A53 grade galvanized steel structural tubing frame.

Finished in Yellow Powder Coat.

Chain: Zinc plated 3/16" chain with hoop and rings.

Spring-Snaps for chain for easy opening by users.

Zinc Plated connecting hardware Included: 1/2" Hex Head Bolts, Hex Nuts, and
Washers.

Compression Gasket: ¾” styrofoam.

Railing Clamps: Models A2-7, A6-7, A20-7 and A28-7 or as required.

Galvanized
finish.

Meets OSHA Standards Title 29 CFR 1910.23 and 1910.27.

7 year manufacturers warranty against all defects in welded components
and against rusting or any deterioration from weather related reasons.
Installation:

Set curb
framing gasket around roof opening, tighten to fit opening.

Add the
four corner posts into receiver and bolt to frame.

Install
cross rails into preset clamps and level adjust with wrench.
-
Add chain
or gate as specified by roof hatch manufacturer.
