Used together with an
additional base to create a seal system. Bases are available for membrane
roofs, metal roof, hot applied roofs and such.
APPLICATIONS: Used
to seal steel tube penetrations in roofing systems.
Flashings offer quick and easy installation, eliminating roof leaks
at pipes and other roof penetrations without disconnecting the penetration.
The system still allows for movement between the penetration and
roof, while maintaining a perfect seal.
EPDM flashings have excellent resistance to both ozone and
ultraviolet degradation and a serviceable temperature range of -60F to
+270F.
