DESCRIPTION:
ROOF MATE LP is a unique water-based elastomeric coating designed to achieve optimum adhesion over new or existing modifed bitumen, asphalt shingles and other asphaltic surfaces. It is used in combination with a second topcoat of RoofMate, or RoofMate HT to effective extend the life of the roof. It provides a waterproof barrier with excellent resistance to blistering under prolonged ponding water exposure, while blocking bleed-through of asphaltic oils. RoofMate LP has about 5 times the adhesion of typical elastomeric acrylic coatings over asphalt based roofing.
ROOF MATE LP combines unique acrylic polymers with reinforcing lamniar pigments and non-migrating fire retardants for superior properties. The fire retardant chemicals are permanently locked in and will not leach out upon exteneded weathing.

WARRANTY: ROOFMATE HT warranties are available for five (5), ten (10) or fifteen (15) year periods. The warranties guarantee the installation against leaks caused by normal weathering.
