Foilastic has been providing protection from wind driven rain
and air leaks for over 15 years in window and roof flashing applications.
Foilastic offers a highly conformable aluminum foil facer coated with a
high performance butyl rubber adhesive. The aluminum foil facer provides a
paintable surface.

* Sidewall sheathing seams
Can be used in exterior masonry wall systems to deflect water from thru
wall penetrations.
Applications include spandrel beams, sills, copings, door and window
headers and flange flashings. Polyguard Thru Wall Flashing collects water
that penetrates inside the exterior and directs it back to the exterior
through weepholes.
Features & Benefits
Used for sealing metal and wood surfaces. Consists of butyl-based adhesive
which exhibits excellent adhesion to most metal and wood surfaces. Easily
applied, paintable and remains flexible at low temperatures. Provides
strong and immediate adhesion even in extremely cold application conditions
(20F-160F). UV inhibitors prevent degradation for up to one year of direct
sun exposure. Easy to remove blue polyethylene release liner.
The top protective layer of aluminum foil protects the flashing in any
area it is exposed to long term UV.
Suitable for installations in most weather conditions
