WARRANTY: The RoofTop Accessories Company (RTA) covers  the full system material warranty all cost of repairs and/or replacement of any components of the system against defects in manufacturing for a period of seven (7) years. Warranty will not include Acts of God, vandalism, neglect, metal finish, improper installation.

All products sold are subject to the following limited warranty. The product is free from defects in material and workmanship. RTA makes no other representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, in fact or in law, including without limitation, warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, other than the limited warranty set forth. Every claim under this warranty shall be deemed waived unless made in writing and received by RTA within thirty (30) days of the date the defect to which each claim relates is discovered or should have been discovered.

Limitations of liability is expressly understood and agreed that the limit of RTA liability shall be re-supply of a like quantity of non defective product and that RTA shall have no such liability except where the damage or claim results solely from breach of manufacturers Warranty. RTA shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or other damages for any alleged negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability or any other theory, other than the limited liability set forth above.

MAINTENANCE: Normal maintenance is not required. However, semi-annual inspection by the owner is required as part of the warranty. Inspection shall include checking frame alignment, check that all nuts, bolts, and clamps are tight, weight distribution, and improper installation causing damage or failure. Any failure of the product must be reported in writing within this period.

Save-A-Life  Ladder Extensions

Access in and out of roof hatches can be stressful and pose a real threat of injury. The "Save-A-Life" Ladder Extension mounts easily onto all metal roof hatches and can be placed on either the right or left side of the hatch opening. All units are constructed with 1-1/2" x 5/16" hardened steel vertical rails and 3/4" round horizontal rungs with pre-formed ridges to provide maximum grip. Ladders have a bright yellow epoxy finish. $159.95 each (call).

 

Skylight Cover Guards 

#13 Flat Expanded Metal- strong but lightweight metal that can handle a lot of pressure, but still flexible enough to bounce back to original shape.

3/4 in. Diamond Pattern is ideal for keeping the hail out and let the sunshine in.  The guard keeps hail golf ball size and greater out.  When skylight cover is installed, it will not block  the light coming into the room.
