DESCRIPTION:

Universal Guard Rail fall protection system model 12060 serves low-pitch roofs, including metal roofs.

System kit includes (1) low-profile attaching plate (attached either by nails, bolts or screws, not supplied), (1) connecting shoe and (1) post. Pre-cut 2 x 4 studs (not supplied) are used for cross rails. During removal, the attachment plate may be left on the building greatly reducing take down time. The low 1/2 inch profile is easily covered below the roof surface. Other applications when the safety rail is needed on top of an existing roof (skylights or stairwell); screws are easily removed during take down.
