Description:
The Lucas 6000 UNIVERSAL is a solvent-based Terpolymer coating intended for severe climates. Roofing applications including new construction, recoating, repair or restoration on many roofing types including asphalt, modified bitumen, metal, concrete and PIB roofs. Lucas 6000 is standard in Energy Star White and also available custom colors (50 gallon min order). White 6000 reduces the roof’s surface temperature which limits stress from daily heat cycles. It will also reduce the heat gain in the building’s interior, any associated air conditioning costs and increase the efficiency of roof mounted air conditioning condensers. Lucas 6000 is suitable for ponding water situations and snow load roof areas. Before application, pre-clean with Lucas 115 Cleaner/Primer. Some materials require special primers. See DATASHEET.

LIMIATIONS:
- Do not apply over existing Acrylic Coatings.
- White EPDM must have EPDM Primer before application. Be careful with EPDM Swelling. Do not apply in excess.
