DESCRIPTION: Lite Pipe KnuckleHeads are light weight (about 0.7 lb) adjustable pipe supports manufactured from highly durable gray nylon material. The base diameter is 7 inches, and supports up to 600Lb. loads. GreenLink KnuckleHead pipe supports install quickly with Greenlink Adhesive Sealant (not included). Design includes 1/4" holes for mechanical fastening to achieve superior uplift.

KnuckleHead adherence with M-1 is recommended and this prevents water, ice and dirt from under-riding the support and attacking the roofing membrane. Bonded KnuckleHead support systems minimize damage by wind, ice, flying debris, vandalism and seismic events. KnuckleHeads help disperse weight to the desired points along the bonded structure. Small membrane pads may be used to further disperse the weight.

The 7 inch diameter adjustable KnuckleHead easily raises and lowers from a height of 3.3 to 4.5 inches (at top, 2.3-3.5 clearance), usually eliminating the need for a riser. It accommodates two ½" diameter pipes in the small channels or a single 1" pipe in the large channel.
