Description:

AES-135 is a flexible two-part epoxy with 82% solids, 1493 psi tensile, 145% elongation and 0.4 perms. Its designed for metal roofs and other severe roofing problems. When cured AES-135 forms a flexible, rubber-like membrane that is UV stable and provides exceptional corrosion and chemical resistance. It's also suited for ponding water areas.

• Adheres even to damp surfaces without priming.
• Stays flexible yet tough through years of harsh service.
• Withstands attacks from most chemicals, traffic, and severe environments.
• Retains flexibility in sub zero conditions.
• Will not spread flame. Passes Class A External Fire Resistance Protection Testing (ASTEM E108-91a).
• Extremely hail resistant (unlike acrylic coatings).
• Withstands ponding water.
• Rain will not destroy coating during application.
• Glossy-like finish provides very high reflection which reduces heat and lowers energy costs.
• Glossy-like high-density finish is very resistant to dirt pick-up and washes clean after rains.
• 100% adhesion of product to substrates.
• High Albedo reduces heat and lowers energy costs (white is very good).

Coverage / Application Rate:

• AES-135 can be applied by air-less spray equipment (with solvent dilution), brush, or roller at approximately 100-square ft. per gallon. A 2-coat application is recommended.
• Read Product Data Sheet for additional details and before opening or use.
• Dry Film Application Rate: To yield dry film of 6 mils, apply at 200 Sq. Ft/gallon, To yield dry film of 12.0 mils, apply at 100 Square Ft./gallon.

• White, Gray, Tan. Also other colors available by special order (color tinting charges apply).
