Polyglaze 400SC Waterproofing Top Coat. 100 VOC, Meets Scaqmd. One-Part Pre-Tinted TAN COLOR. 1-Gallon Pail. Price/Pail.
DESCRIPTION:
Polyglaze 400SC is a Very Low VOC (VOC 100) polyester polyurethane, single component, liquid applied, moisture-cured TOPCOAT. It is applied over a PC-440SC basecoat membrane (not included) to create a traffic grade waterproofing system, or used to recoat existing polyurethane systems.

- Chemical Spill Resistant to many chemicals
- Re-sealing Existing Urethane Surfaces
- Most Metal, Rubber, Wood, or Masonry Surfaces
- Not for use over asphalt or bitumen products
use areas:
- Polyglaze 400SC complies with all VOC standards and can be used in any area in the USA, including SCAQMD districts of Southern California.
mixing:
- Read Restoration System Data Sheet BEFORE OPENING AND USING.
- DO NOT DILUTE. DO NOT EXPOSE TO ALCOHOL PRODUCTS. DO NOT CLEAN BASE SURFACE WITH ALCOHOL PRODUCTS.
coverage:
- Apply Polyglaze 400 evenly over the entire deck at the rate of 3/4 gallons per 100 sq.ft PER COAT, using a 1/4 inch nap phenolic core roller. 2 coats are recommended except when recoating. To assure proper adhesion between coats it is imperative that coats be done within 48 hours.

- Colors: Stocked in Dolphin Grey and Tan. Also available by special order in Ash Brown, Battleship Grey, Brick Red, Brown, Indian Sand, Stone Grey and White. COLOR CHART
