DESCRIPTION:

AES-400 is a flexible two-part polyamideoamine resin epoxy designed to protect a variety of surfaces, including steel. Suitable as an anti-corrosion protective lining for floors, tank (interior and exterior), pipe lines, vats, etc. Can be used above or below grade, in constant immersion condition and in abrasive applications.

APPLICATION METHOD:

• Rolling or spraying.

COVERAGE / APPLICATION RATE:

READ PRODUCT DATA SHEET AND MSDS SHEETS BEFORE OPENING AND USE. AES-400 can be applied by brush or roller at approximately 100-200 sq. ft. per gallon. A two-coat application is recommended to help insure complete protection.

TYPICAL CURING TIMES:

• Pot Life: 4 hours @ 80°F
• Drying Time: 6 hours @ 80°F
• Complete Cure: 36 hours @ 80°F

COLOR OPTIONS:

• Available standard in White, Gray, Tan, Light Tan and Light Gray or other color by special order.
