• 20 lbs recycled rubber granules
• 1 gal recycled Styrofoam beads
• 1 qt Urethane adhesive
• 1 pt Urethane primer

INSTALLATION:

• This material can be installed in 30 minutes or less depending on preparation work and the size of the area. READ SDS Sheets before opening products.

SUMMARY:

• Read product data sheet for detailed instructions. First, clean the roof surface and perform any needed repairs before installation. Next, prime the area using the enclosed pint can of polyurethane. Note: The primer dries quickly, so be sure to mix the material before, or immediately after priming. Then, mix the quart can of adhesive with the rubber granules and styrofoam beads.

TIP:

• Pour the rubber, adhesive, and styrofoam into the enclosed mixing bag and roll it around for about 5 minutes until the mix is even. If you don’t need to use the whole kit at once, you can pour ⅔ of the rubber granules into the enclosed mixing bag and use the 5 gallon bucket to mix ⅓ of the rubber, styrofoam, and adhesive at a time. Lastly, pour out the contents over the low area to level it out and spread the mixture using a trowel or straight edge. Compress the material especially around the perimeter to minimize water infiltration.

NOTE:

• GreenSlope is a filler, not a sealant. It’s primary purpose is fill low areas on flat rooftops that collect water. By leveling these areas, it helps redirect water towards drainage areas or areas where it can evaporate faster.

TOPCOAT:

• It is recommended that an elastomeric topcoat be applied for full waterproofing.

CURE TIME:

• The curing period depends largely on the outside temperature. At temperature above 50 ᵒ F it will cure in 24 hours or less. In many cases, it sets up and is ready for a topcoat the same day.

COLOR:

• Black with white speckles.
