Description:

JL #RVFGA-6060ST, Roof Smoke vent / Fire Vent, 60 x 60 inch (inside opening), Dual Aluminum Doors, Galvanneal Steel Base / Curb Mount, 1-inch Polyisocyanurate Insulated, 165ºF Fusible Links.

CONSTRUCTION / FEATURES:

• Certifications: The smoke vents are equipped with a 165º F fusible link for automatic operation. Others are available upon request.
• Construction: Covers are 11 gauge aluminum insulated with 1 inch of polyisocyanurate, 14 gauge galvanneal steel curb and curb frame fully welded and ground smooth, gasketed and insulated for weather tightness.
• Base: 14 gauge galvanneal steel with 12 inch high curb and 4 inch wide flange for securing to roof deck.
• Operation: Torsion spring drives open the covers automatically. Shock absorbers control the speed of the leaves as they open. The fusible link can be quickly and easily replaced.
• Hardware: Heavy gauge aluminum 3/16 inch pivot hinges. Pull handles are provided for exterior or interior manual operation.
• Doors / Cover: 11 gauge ALUMINUM exterior and 22 gauge liner with with a draft-seal gasket door seal. One inch thick polyisocyanurate insulation liner is built into cover.
• Finish: Silver textured powder coat paint.

OPTIONAL COLORS:

• Red, Yellow or other can be ordered with special order. $40 additional plus 7-10 day leadtime.
