Description:

CPR #100 Carbon fiber concrete reinforcement kit. Multi-axial, drapable fabric produced from continuous carbon fiber tow. 300 grams per square meter weight. Ideal for infrastructure repair and concrete reinforcement. Also applicable for automotive, aircraft and marine industries. The bi-directional carbon fabric is produced from continuous tow carbon fiber. Unique fiber spreading techniques are utilized to obtain the correct UD fabric weight.

• Designed for dry residential basement walls. If used otherwise: moisture, temperature and other factors must be considered. Please consult CPR Products prior to purchase or use.
• The system represents structural repair by adhesion, meaning that surface preparation via diamond wheel grinder and proper blending of bonding epoxy are vital.
• Never mix more than 33 oz (22 oz A, 11 oz. B) #500 Bonding Epoxy at one time.
• Cracks, spalls, etc. in treated concrete must first be filled with a NON-SHRINK grout, then scraped flush.
• Always wear safety glasses, gloves, and long sleeves/pants to keep material off your person.
