Description:

The CPR Complete Epoxy Injection Kit is suitable only for fractures in vertical walls in a poured-in-place residential foundation. Filling the void out to the soil will result in a structural and waterproof repair of that weak point in the wall.

KIT INCLUDES:

• Full set of instructions, technical data sheets and safety data sheets.
• Safety glasses and 2 pair disposable gloves.
• 4 Universal Cartridges (UC) of #1001 Low Viscosity (LV) Epoxy Injection Resin.
• 2 caulk tubes (1 A component, 1 B component) #602 Surface Seal Epoxy paste (non-structural).
• 20 Surface Mount Injection Ports (one for every 5 inch of an 8 ft. crack).
• Wire brush.
• Pencil for marking port location.
• Standard caulk gun.
• Modeling clay for quick-patching pinhole leaks in surface seal (when applied too thin – typically around port base).
• 2 putty knives for mixing #602 Surface Seal.
• Trash bag – use as drop cloth on floor during injection, then use for project clean-up.

PRECAUTIONS:

• Designed for dry residential basement walls. If used otherwise: moisture, temperature and other factors must be considered. Please consult CPR Products prior to purchase or use.
• Always wear safety glasses, gloves, and long sleeves/pants to keep material from touching your person.
• If further foundation movement occurs, the crack you repaired will not re-open, but the pressure will be transferred to the weaker concrete next to it resulting in a new, separate crack.
