Description:
Western Colloid WCP-SF (Western Colloid W-26 Firm or Tietex T326) is a 2.75 once stitchbonded style polyester fabric with a firm finish used in the reinforcement of cold process roofing systems. It is also used as a flashing reinforcement with mastics and elastomerics. WCP-SF has good strength and elongation making
it an excellent reinforcement for water base cold process and maintenance roof systems.
WCP-SF has a firm but pliable finish. It will provide good conformability on smooth or semi-smooth surfaces. WCP-SF works well when used over smooth or cap sheet surfaces. It has fewer stitches per inch, which allows for better wetability, which requires less brooming. Because it has a firm (starched) finish it
will have fewer wrinkles and will lay straighter and smoother during application.
