Dormer Vent Jack is used to alleviate any leaks from wind-driven rain through the face of a dormer vent. Jack has a 12 x 12 inch opening. It is 2.25 inches tall with a 3-inch flashing. A 12 x 12 inch open hole gives maximum free air to our dormer vents (144 sq.in. net free area). The overall size is 19 x 19 inches.
